Portal Closure

We would like to inform creditors that the portal for registering claims in connection with the acquisition of EVN tokens will be closed from 15 May 2021 at 09:00 (CET). The closure is necessary for technical reasons for the further examination and assessment of the registered claims.

Accordingly, all creditors who have started but not yet completed their registration are requested to complete their registration by the above-mentioned date. Likewise, all creditors who have not yet registered their claim in connection with the acquisition of EVN Tokens are requested to register their claims in full by the above-mentioned date.

The transfer of EVN tokens to the delivery address generated in the portal will still be possible after the portal is closed (but only outside the portal). For this purpose, it will still be possible to view the delivery address - as well as the other data and documents stored in the portal - but no longer to change or add data and documents. This will only be possible via e-mail ([email protected]).

Creditors who wish to register new claims in connection with EVN tokens or their acquisition after the closure of the portal may do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected] from 15 March 2021 onwards. They will be informed at a later date when and in which form this registration will be possible.
