Interim payment: information for creditors

On 4 July 2024, the Private Bankruptcy Administrators published the provisional distribution list and at the same time asked creditors to provide their payment details within 20 days. Now that this deadline has expired, the Private Bankruptcy Administrators will prepare the payments to creditors. Please note that it will take some time to process all payments. Creditors with incomplete payment details will be contacted directly by the Private Bankruptcy Administrators.

The upload function in the schedule of claims portal has been deactivated so that payments to creditors can be prepared. This means that it is no longer possible to upload documents to the schedule of claims portal. However, it is still possible to view the documents in the schedule of claims portal. For creditors who have not yet sent their bank details to the Private Bankruptcy Administrators, the upload function in the schedule of claims portal will be reactivated at a later date.
