Claims can still be filed upon expiry of the registration deadline

In response to different inquiries, the bankruptcy administration hereby confirms that claims can still be filed upon expiry of the legal registration deadline on 28 November 2019 (cf. Art. 251 SchKG). The portal for the registration of claims from tokens or their acquisition is still available for this purpose. Access to the portal continues to be exclusively via the present website www.envion-konkurs.ch (link to the portal). Please note, however, that the portal will be closed from 24 December 2019, 12.00 am, to 6 January 2020, 09.00 am (CET). After this interruption, the portal will be available again and creditors will be able to continue filing their claims.
